Shipping & returns

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted couriers. Orders usually arrive within 3–5 working days after confirmation. The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you place your order.

Cash on delivery

You pay in cash to the courier when your order arrives. After you place an order we call or WhatsApp you to confirm it, and we ship only after confirmation. Please check the parcel before paying.

Returns and exchanges

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please keep the item and its packaging and send us a photo of the problem.

Items that are used or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
