What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, optionally, your email address and order notes. If you create an account we also store your login details. We do not collect card or bank details, because payment is cash on delivery.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp, deliver it, handle returns and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share your name, phone number and address with the courier delivering your order. Our website data is stored with our hosting and database providers, who process it only to run the store.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us through our contact page. We may keep order records where needed for accounting or to handle disputes.
